The Provincial Department of Tarragona is the governing and administrative body of the Spanish of Tarragona, belonging to the autonomous community of Catalonia. The plenum is made by an indirect election, based on the results in the municipal elections of the province. Since 2019 Noemí Llauradó i Sans has been the president of the Provincial Council of Tarragona.
