The Pre-Mediterranean Cup was an association football tournament hosted by the Hellenic Football Federation in Athens. The competition was conducted once, in 1991, and the winner was AEK Athens. In June 1991, the only Pre-Mediterranean cup was conducted in Rizoupoli Stadium, the home ground of Apollon Athens, with the participation of the best-eight football clubs of the 1990–91 Alpha Ethniki. Olympiacos, Panathinaikos, PAOK and Iraklis forfeited the competition due to their players being tired
