Places for London, formerly TTL Properties Limited, is the property-owning arm of Transport for London. It was re-branded as Places for London in 2023, as part of a programme of homebuilding. As of 2024, it owns and manages over 5,500 acres (2,200 ha) of land throughout London, making it one of London's largest landowners. In September 2024 a controversial plan by Places for London to build housing on the car park of Cockfosters tube station which had been previously blocked by central governmen
