text: Pileanthus limacis, commonly known as coastal coppercups, is a plant species of the family Myrtaceae endemic to Western Australia. The low spreading to prostrate shrub typically grows to a height of 0.8 metres (2.6 ft). It blooms between July and October producing white-pinkflowers. It is found on coastal sand dunes in the Gascoyne and Pilbara regions of Western Australia between Shark Bay and Ashburton where it grows in sandy soils over limestone.
