Pielgrzymowice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pawłowice, within Pszczyna County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) south-west of Pszczyna and 46 km (29 mi) south-west of the regional capital Katowice. The village was first mentioned in a Latin document of Diocese of Wrocław called Liber fundationis episcopatus Vratislaviensis from around 1305 as item in Peregrini villa debent esse XXIII) mansi.
