Petro Mykhailovych Oliynyk was a Ukrainian miner and politician who served as Governor of Lviv Oblast from 2005 to 2008. He previously served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine from Ukraine's 125th electoral district from 2002 to 2005. He was a member of the People's Movement of Ukraine. In 1989-1999 he worked as a director for various companies including coal mining in Chervonohrad. Later he was a mayor of Chervonohrad.
