Peter P. Garibaldi was an American politician who served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 1968 to 1974 and in the New Jersey Senate from 1984 to 1988. Garibaldi was elected mayor of Monroe Township, Middlesex County, New Jersey in 1975. He was re-elected in 1979 and 1983, and was defeated in a bid for a fourth term in 1987.
