Personnel support programs (PSPs) provide morale and welfare services for Canadian Forces (CF) men and women, and their families. PSPs are part of non -public funds (NPFs), meaning that they do not directly receive taxpayer money. They are, however, closely related to the publicly funded Department of National Defence.
