Perișoru is a commune in Călărași County, Muntenia, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Mărculești-Gară, Perișoru, and Tudor Vladimirescu. As of 2021 the population of Perișoru is 4,705. The commune is situated in the Bărăgan Plain, a steppe plain in the eastern part of the Wallachian Plain. It is located in the northeastern part of the county, 42 km (26 mi) from the county seat, Călărași, on the border with Ialomița County.
