Pedro Julián Tovar Jr. is an American singer and songwriter of Mexican origin of regional Mexican music, known for being the lead vocalist, co-founder, and only constant member of the Regional Mexican group Eslabón Armado, along with his brother Brian Tovar, also an only constant member.
