Pawłowo is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Budry, within Węgorzewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) west of Budry, 6 km (4 mi) north of Węgorzewo, and 100 km (62 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn. The village has a population of 210.
