Pauline Courtois is a French sailor competing in match racing. She won the Women's Match Racing World Championship three years running, from 2021 to 2023. Courtois began sailing at the age of seven in Optimist dinghies. She has competed in the Women's Match Racing World Championships, finishing second in 2018 and third in 2019 before her three consecutive wins in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
