Paul Liu Jinghe was a Chinese Catholic prelate who served as Bishop of Yongping from 1981 to 2010. He was also the vice-president of Chinese Patriotic Catholic Association and vice-president of the Bishops Conference of the Catholic Church in China. He was a member of the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
