Pachyballus ornatus is a species of jumping spider in the genus Pachyballus that lives in the forested mountains of Democratic Republic of the Congo and Tanzania. It was first described in 2020 by Wanda Wesołowska, Galina Azarkina and Konrad Wiśniewski. A small spider, it has a cephalothorax that is ranges from 1.2 to 1.7 mm long and an abdomen that is between 1.7 and 2.3 mm long.
