Pachyballus mombasensis is a species of jumping spider in the genus Pachyballus that is endemic to Kenya. The species was first described in 2020 by Wanda Wesołowska, Galina Azarkina and Konrad Wiśniewski. It is a very small brown spider, with a body that consists of a cephalothorax that is between 1.1 and 1.3 mm long and an abdomen that is typically 2.1 mm (0.08 in) long.
