Outer Island is one of the Apostle Islands, in Lake Superior, in northern Wisconsin, and is part of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. It is the easternmost, and third largest of the Apostle Islands. The Outer Island Light is on the northern part of the island. The island is part of the Town of La Pointe, Wisconsin. The island has a rich history dating back to its logging days in the late 19th century. The remnants of the Lullabye Furniture camp are located on the north east end of the isla
