Otrocz is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Chrzanów, within Janów Lubelski County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-east of Janów Lubelski and 48 km (30 mi) south of the regional capital Lublin. History of Otrocz. The village of Otroch was founded in the 10th century by Princess Olga to protect the western borders of Rus'. Olga sent her squad to these places, led by her beloved youth, from where the name of the village came
