Orthoptila is a genus of moth in the family Gelechiidae. It contains the species Orthoptila abruptella, which is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania and South Australia. The wingspan is 12–15 mm (0.47–0.59 in). The forewings are ochreous-brown, irrorated with dark fuscous or blackish and with a moderate white basal patch, the outer edge rounded.
