Ornativalva heligmatodes is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Walsingham in 1904. It is found in Algeria and Tunisia. The wingspan is 14–15 mm The forewings are greyish fuscous through a profuse sprinkling of hoary cinereous scales upon a dark ground colour. The dorsum from the base to the tornus is bright ochreous, this colour throwing a slight angular projection across the middle of the fold, where it is clearly defined against the rather intensified dark shade above it, wh
