Oregon Route 413 is an Oregon state highway running from Cornucopia to Halfway. OR 413 is known as the Halfway-Cornucopia Highway No. 413. It is 11.45 miles (18.43 km) long and runs northwest to southeast, entirely within Baker County. OR 413 was established in 2003 as part of Oregon's project to assign route numbers to highways that previously were not assigned, and, as of July 2017, was unsigned.
