Oleksandr Mykolayovych Tupytskyi, is a Ukrainian former official, lawyer, judge who had been the 12th chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine from 2019 to 2022. On 29 December 2020, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy removed Tupytskyi from the post of Chairman of the Constitutional Court for a period of two months, but the Constitutional Court ruled the decision of the President illegal and refused to comply with the decree.
