Ole Gjems-Onstad is a Norwegian jurist, son of resistance fighter and anti-immigration politician Erik Gjems-Onstad. He graduated from the University of Oslo with a cand.jur. degree in 1979, and took the dr.juris. degree in 1984. In 1985 he was appointed professor in tax law at BI Norwegian Business School. He is also assisting professor at the University of Oslo since 2000 and at the University of Stavanger from 2002 to 2006, as well as adjunct professor at the Queensland University of Technolo
