The Okse Bay Formation is an Upper Devonian formation found in Okse Bay, in the Qikiqtaaluk Region, Nunavut of Northern Canada. The formation contains many plant fossils, and fish fossils. With evident cross-bedding and thin coal layers this formation has been described as being deposited in a deltaic environment.
