Nuvell was based in Little Rock, Arkansas, with other offices in Bedford, Texas, Jacksonville, Florida, Greeley, Colorado, and Anaheim, California. Nuvell also serviced loans for American Suzuki Financial Services and Saab Group (SFSC).
