Nugraha Besoes was an Indonesian politician and football administrator. He was known as the "immortal secretary general" due to his longevity in holding the office of the secretary general of the Football Association of Indonesia, from 1983 until 1999 and from 2003 until 2011. He also served as a member of the People's Representative Council from 1977 until 1992.
