Nombre de Dios is a municipality in the Mexican state of Durango. The municipal seat lies at Nombre de Dios. The municipality covers an area of 1,478.3 km². As of 2010, the municipality had a total population of 18,488, up from 17,318 as of 2005. As of 2010, the town of Nombre de Dios had a population of 5,302.
