Neyim Yasin is a Chinese politician of Uyghur origin, currently serving as vice chairperson of the National People's Congress Ethnic Affairs Committee. He previously served as chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2015 to 2018 and president of Higher People's Court of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2012 to 2015. He was a delegate to the 12th National People's Congress and is a delegate to the 13th National People's Congress. H
