Hunter Neil Windsor was a Canadian engineer and politician. He represented the electoral district of Mount Pearl in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly from 1975 to 1995. He was a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador. Prior to entering politics, Windsor worked as town engineer for the then Town of Mt. Pearl. He worked with then mayor Kel Ashford to obtain a swimming pool for the community, and was also one of five people who worked together to est
