Mustard is a database that tracks Antimicrobial Resistance Determinants (ARDs). The method by which it tracks ARDs is using their own method adapted from Protein Homology Modelling called Pairwise Comparative Modelling (PCM), which increase specificity protein prediction, especially for distantly related protein homologues.
