On 2 April 2004, a 56-year-old Singaporean and scrap car dealer named Bock Tuan Thong was found dead inside the boot of his brother's car at a multi-storey carpark in Boon Keng, Singapore. According to witnesses, Bock was last seen with two to three men, who were inside the car with him and assaulted him. Subsequently, two of Bock's suspected killers, Tony Koh Zhan Quan and Lim Poh Lye, surrendered themselves to the authorities and were charged with murder, although the third offender, Ng Kim So
