Morgan B. Williams was a coal industry executive and politician who served as a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives for Pennsylvania's 12th congressional district from 1897 to 1899. Williams was born in Rhandir-Mwyn, Carmarthenshire, Wales. He attended the public schools and assisted his father in the operation of a lead mine.
