text: Morgagni–Stewart–Morel syndrome is a condition with a wide range of associated endocrine problems including: diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus, and hyperparathyroidism. Other signs and symptoms include headaches, vertigo, hirsutism, menstrual disorder, galactorrhoea, obesity, depression, and seizures.
