Momir Stojanović is a politician and retired general in Serbia. He was the head of military intelligence for Serbia and Montenegro in 2003–04 and later served in the National Assembly of Serbia from 2012 to 2016 as a member of the Serbian Progressive Party. He is now an independent. Stojanović has been accused on different occasions of committing war crimes in the Kosovo War of the late 1990s. He has consistently rejected the accusations as false.
