Miss Grand Uruguay is a national beauty pageant title awarded to Uruguay representatives competing at the Miss Grand International contest. The title was first awarded on the national stage of the Nuestra Belleza Uruguay 2016 pageant, in which Mellina Carballo was named the first Miss Grand Uruguay titleholder. The contest was organized by Nadia Cerri, who was also the director of the Miss Uruguay pageant. Another titleholder, Jimena Martino, was determined through an audition held by the Certam
