Milan Roćen is a Montenegrin politician who was the first Minister of Foreign Affairs in Government of Montenegro following independence in 2006 and the last ambassador of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro to the Russian Federation. He is currently active as political advisor of the President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović.
