Medekšiai is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, the village had a population of 184 people. It is located 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from Kėdainiai, by the Šerkšnys river, alongside the Jonava-Šeduva (KK144) road. A phosphogypsum waste dump of "Lifosa" fertilizer factory is located next to Medekšiai.
