Sir Martin Charles Nourse was a Lord Justice of Appeal of England and Wales, who served as Vice-President of the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales from 2003 until his retirement from the bench in 2006. One of his most notable cases related to multi millionaire Sir Charles Clore.
