Marston's plc is a British pub and hotel operator. Founded as a brewery by John Marston in 1834, it is listed on the London Stock Exchange. In 2020, the company split its original brewing operations into the Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company (CMBC), a newly formed joint venture owned 40% by the company and 60% by the Carlsberg Group.
