Mark Steven Ellis is an international criminal law attorney and the executive director of the International Bar Association. He has been admitted as a Fellow to King's College London. Ellis was a member of the UN-created Advisory Panel on Matters Relating to Defence Counsel of the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals.
