Margaret C. "Peggy" Wilmoth is a nursing professional, academic and a retired senior officer of the United States Army Reserve. She is Executive Dean, Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the University of North Carolina School of Nursing. She was previously the inaugural Dean and Professor at the Byrdine F.
