Marcus Richard Einfeld is an Australian former judge of the Federal Court of Australia and was the inaugural president of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission. He was convicted of perjury and perverting the course of justice and served two years in prison. Einfeld studied law at the University of Sydney. His father Syd Einfeld was a federal MP.
