Marc Lincoln Marks was a former Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Marks served in the United States Army Air Corps from 1945 to 1946. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 1951, and the University of Virginia at Charlottesville, Virginia in 1954, and served as Mercer County Solicitor from 1960 to 1966.
