Manzese is an administrative ward in Ubungo District of the Dar es Salaam Region in Tanzania. Sinza and Kijitonyama, the latter belonging to Kinondoni MC, border the ward on the north. The ward is bordered to the east by the wards of Tandale, Ndugumbi, and Makurumla. Mabibo is in the south. Ubungo ward is to the west.
