Malcolm Connor Tarver was a U.S. Representative from Georgia. Born in Rural Vale, Georgia, Tarver attended the public schools.
He was graduated from the law department of Mercer University, Macon, Georgia, in 1904.
He was admitted to the bar the same year and commenced practice in Dalton, Georgia.
He served as member of the State house of representatives 1909-1912.
He served in the State senate in 1913 and 1914.
He served as judge of the superior courts, Cherokee Circuit, Georgia from 1917 to 19
