Makwanpurgadhi or Makwanpur Gadhi is a village development committee in the Makawanpurgadhi Rural Municipality of Makwanpur District in the Bagmati Province of southern Nepal. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census it had a population of 14996 people living in 2588 individual households. The Makwanpur Gadhi, which lies in about 17 kilometers north from Hetauda is the great achievement of the Sen dynasty. Before the unification of Nepal “The Sen/Sheng dynasty” ruled over Makwanpur until 1819 B.S. T
