Luisa María Alcalde Luján is a Mexican politician. A member of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena), she has served as Secretary of the Interior under President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO). Appointed at age 35, she is the youngest woman to serve in the position. She previously served as Secretary of Labor from 2018 to 2023, becoming the youngest woman to serve in a cabinet position in the history of Mexico.
