Luis Eduardo Ramos de Lucía was a Uruguayan football defender who played for Uruguay in the 1966 FIFA World Cup. He also played for Club Nacional de Football. In Argentina, he played for Deportivo Español in 1967–68. His daughters Luisel and Eliana, both models, died within months of each other from causes related to anorexia nervosa. Luis Ramos died from COVID-19 on 14 March 2021, at the age of 81.
