Ludmyla Padalko is a Ukrainian doctor, obstetrician-gynecologist, and has been chief doctor at the Regional Perinatal Centre in Dnipropetrovsk since 1990. She was awarded the title of Honoured Doctor of Ukraine in 2001, and became a Candidate of Medicine in 2002.
