text: There have been two baronetcies created for persons with the surname Lucas: one in the Baronetage of England and one in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. The Lucas Baronetcy, of Fenton in the County of Lincoln, was created in the Baronetage of England on 20 May 1644 for Gervase Lucas. He fought as a Royalist in the Civil War and served as Governor of Bombay from 1666 to 1667. The title became extinct on his death in 1667.
