Luc Portelance was a Canadian police officer and civil servant. He served as president of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) from November 2010 until his retirement in June 2015. From 1979, he worked for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). From 1982, he worked for the RCMP Security Service in Quebec Region.
